Description

A bespoke annual contest based marketing strategy utilizing traditional local print media alongside a digital web & mobile marketing capaign, in tandem with Diageo brands and Jameson Irish Whiskey.

Bartenders from 5 on-premise locations compete by making the best custom Jameson Mixed drink.  5 drinks & bartenders are featured in the Sept & Oct issue of the Michiana Entertainer.  Consumers then vote via text message and online for best mixed drink.

After a successful initial reception, the campaign was extended the following year to include 2 additional regional markets.   The contest was also expanded to allow each regions winner’s to compete against one another for a grand price in the Jameson Mixer Mashup Finals.
